Holley Nash is a passionate educator and spokesperson on the importance of self-care and whole-food plant-based dietary habits. Her personal experiences as a young woman struggling with chronic health problems and excess weight led her to radically change her dietary habits and subsequently regain her health and vitality. From that experience, Holley began a journey dedicated to educating herself on how lifestyle and dietary choices impact human health.


In addition to extensive training in nutrition and weight management, Holley has over twenty 20 years of culinary experience, which she delights in sharing with her clients, patients, family, and friends. She shares her passion for balanced nutrition and the culinary arts through cooking demonstrations, recipe development, and hands-on classes.
