You may sign up for any challenge, in any order, at any time; no prerequisites. For some, a great way to ease into better eating and improved well-being is to start with the 5-Day Healthy Diet Jump Start, then take the 14-Day Healthy Diet Challenge followed by the 12-Week Optimum Health Challenge. Others may be ready to create new habits starting with the comprehensive 12-Week Optimum Health Challenge. The choice is yours.

The 5-Day Healthy Diet Jump Start is an introduction to a whole food plant-based dietary pattern. In a group setting, you will learn the difference between whole versus processed foods and the critical health benefits of eating fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains. You will feel the many health benefits of eating a whole food plant-based diet for the week. The program starts with an orientation on Thursday and continues with five daily meetings Sunday -Thursday, all conveniently occurring via Zoom. We will celebrate your progress on the last day.

The 14-Day Healthy Diet Challenge takes a deep look into the health benefits of a whole food plant-based dietary pattern. You will learn about protein sources, vitamins, soy, fat, fiber, the environmental impact, and more. The group program begins with a live Zoom orientation followed by 14 days of eating a whole food plant-based diet. Each day during the two weeks, you will be supported with either educational live Zoom sessions, recorded lectures, or reading materials. You will have the opportunity to exchange ideas in a private group chat. We will celebrate your progress on the final day.

The 12-Week Optimum Health Challenge is an introduction to lifestyle improvement. You will learn the health benefits of increasing physical activity, reducing stress, improving sleep, and eating a plant-based diet. Topics include the tenets of Lifestyle Medicine, chronic diseases, nutrition, the microbiome, sleep and circadian rhythms, living like the Blue Zones and more. While eating a whole food plant-based diet you will participate in several Zoom sessions with Q&A opportunities, watch recorded lectures, and read educational materials.
