My Story

My own lifestyle modification journey started in 2012 following a serious heart attack. Heart disease ran in my family and though I was a practicing physician for many years, I did not know how much control I had over my genes.

I was fortunate to receive care from cardiologists who understood lifestyle medicine. I was doubly fortunate that my wife understood immediately how healthier eating and improved lifestyle could benefit our health.

Together, we have been on a fun, exciting, educational, eye-opening path toward better health and happiness.

Today, I have never felt better, nor been healthier, thanks to the changes we made. I want you to experience a similarly powerful journey.
