You provide this information voluntarily. You may opt out or ask us to delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@neilcoopermd.com. If you choose not to provide certain information, you may not be able to take part in some parts of the Website or its content.
Health Information
Health information and biometric data that you voluntarily provide as part of our services, packages, or programs. This information may appear in your client notes in our coaching platform, Practice Better, provided by Green Patch, Inc. Where HIPAA applies, vendors that handle protected health information for us are bound by business associate agreements.
Information Collected Automatically
We may use your IP address to diagnose server problems, administer the Website, identify which areas are used most, and display content according to your preferences. This traffic data does not identify you personally and helps us improve our services and marketing. Anonymous traffic data may be shared with business partners and advertisers in aggregate form.
How We Use Information
Contacting You
We may contact you with the information you give us when you consent, or under our contract to deliver services you buy. For example, if you sign up for a webinar, we may send you emails related to it. You can opt out of our emails at any time.
Processing Payments
We use the personal data you give us to process payment for services and programs you buy. We use third-party payment processors that take care to secure data.
Advertising
We may use limited contact information, such as an email address, to run social media advertisements or create lookalike audiences. We do not use health information, client notes, or Client Portal data for advertising.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use the standard cookies feature of major web browsers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. If you do, your experience on the Website may be reduced, and some features may not work as intended.
